Refund Policy

We appreciate your purchase of our courses and aim to ensure a fulfilling experience as you explore, evaluate, and acquire our training courses, whether they are for online or classroom learning.

To outline the terms and conditions that govern our Refund Policy, we provide the following information. By purchasing a training course on the bimgrafX or bimgrafX Academy website, you agree to our Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, and the following points:

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS: ONLINE CLASSROOM LEARNING

• bimgrafX or bimgrafX Academy reserves the right to postpone or cancel an event due to circumstances such as instructor illness or force majeure events (e.g., floods, earthquakes, political instability, or a pandemic situation like COVID-19).
• Refund requests will not be accepted if you have attended the online classroom training for more than one day’s session or have accessed/downloaded course material from the learning portal.
• No refunds will be provided for discounted courses and modified courses.
• No refunds will be provided for courses associated with academic institute tie-ups.
• Enrollments and payments made are considered final.
• If the learner fails to attend the scheduled sessions, no refund will be provided.
• In the case of a refund, taxes will not be refunded.
• If the learner wishes to re-attend the online instructor-led classes for the purchased course but there is no availability of a batch in the near future, the maximum refund applicable will be 10% of the total amount paid.
• If learners experience technical difficulties accessing self-paced videos or class recordings but have already completed the course through instructor-led online classes, no refund will be applicable.

Please note that all refunds will be processed within 30 working days, following the review and approval of any such request.

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS: SELF PACED LEARNING

• No refunds will be provided for self-paced courses.
• If it is discovered at any time that a course has been shared with others or multiple users, or if the intention behind purchasing the course is to copy the material/content, no refund will be provided, and access to the course will be revoked, with the account being blocked.

Please note that any dispute, difference, or question that may arise between the parties concerning this agreement or its subject matter shall be referred to a sole arbitrator by the first party. The arbitrator’s award shall be final and binding on the parties. The arbitration venue will be Hyderabad (Telangana), and all disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad (Telangana), India.
